One kit of parts, three cities, one summer
Build one great environment and you've done a project. Build three across three cities in the same season and you've done logistics. For Home Depot's World Cup fan activations we fabricated modular retail-garden environments in Boston, New York, and Atlanta, with the New York and Atlanta sets built as identical twins: ten-foot wall modules, fifteen-foot center columns, modular planter systems on a nearly 21-foot-square footprint, doors, floors, slat walls, tile elements, and gooseneck lighting, all in Home Depot orange.
Everything was engineered as a kit: birch ply and painted MDO skins, sandbag ballast per engineering wet stamps, and module sizes chosen so crews could install each set in days. Boston went up with a crew of six in two and a half days; New York installed the same week.
Three builds, three cities, one summer.
